Warehouse Associate - New Albany
At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Warehouse Associate to work with a leading manufacturing and distribution company in New Albany. This role is essential for maintaining inventory accuracy and ensuring that shipments are prepared and handled efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Essential Requirements for Warehouse Associate
- Experience in a warehouse or distribution center is preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Ability to work on your feet for extended periods
Skills Requirements for Warehouse Associate
- Familiarity with pallet jacks and basic inventory tracking
- Ability to work a full-time, flexible schedule
- Dependable transportation to and from the job site
- Strong teamwork skills and ability to follow directions
- Must provide own clothing: jeans, collared shirt, and closed-toed sturdy shoes
Role Tasks for Warehouse Associate
- Physically unload freight from containers and trailers
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and effectively
- Build and shrink-wrap pallets according to distribution specifications
- Receive freight and identify case packs and pallet patterns
- Communicate any inventory or shipment issues to management
Location : New Albany.
