Securities Operations Representative 3

We are seeking an experienced Securities Operations Specialist in Minneapolis,MN. You will be responsible for document collection, verifying Letters of Credit, capturing trade work, and assisting with overall trade processing and securities operations support. You will also partner closely with internal teams and interact with client personnel to resolve escalated inquiries and streamline processes.

salary: $23 - $25 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: Bachelors

Responsibilities

• Handles all the documents for lines of credit
• Document collections
• Opening packages
• Scanning and capturing trade works
• Sending out documents per instructions 
• Support Securities Operations; proactively provide feedback and present ideas for improving or implementing processes and tools with Securities Operations impact. 
• Perform complex operational support tasks. 
• Provide support on escalated questions. Interact with client personnel on a wide range of information.
