This is a Non-Employee Contingent Worker Role providing services for TIAA’s family of companies and will be employed by TIAA's preferred 3rd Party Supplier. As a Non-Employee CW, perform a variety of moderately complex business planning, support, and project-related duties. Demonstrates an exceptional standard of quality and holds themselves accountable to achieving excellent results.This role will sit onsite, likely in a hybrid capacity, at the location(s) listed in this posting.The anticipated term of this engagement will be 2 months. This term could be extended based on company business needs.Senior Client Reporting SpecialistThe Senior Client Reporting Specialist partners with associates in Distribution and Relationship Management to service Institutional and High Net Worth clients investing in the company's products. Under general supervision, the role frequently communicates with clients and focuses on onboarding new client accounts, delivering reports to clients, and working with business partners to service client needs throughout the client lifecycle. This role collaborates closely with teams across the enterprise to deliver an outstanding client experience.Key Responsibilities and DutiesManages inbound/outbound client communication (emails and phone calls) via the customer relationship management system.Works with internal business partners to gather and personalize documents for client onboarding. Helps with the preparation of reports and other materials for client meetings and attend meetings as needed.Generates a large volume of custom quarterly reports to clients, consultants and service providers. Provides quality control for client reports and requests to ensure accuracy and completeness.Completes due diligence and client questionnaires.Provides database maintenance and compilation of business metrics.Investigates and addresses client inquiries by evaluating client-specific circumstances and collaborating across departments to formulate response and communicate findings to the relationship manager. Your role is highly focused on the execution of client reporting, produced timely and accurately and assists in materials production. The Client Reporting Associate supports members of the client engagement team and reports to the Senior Client Reporting Specialist.Responsibilities:Responsible for reporting and client engagement team support with a high level of verbal and written communication skills and high attention to detail and accuracyStay current with knowledge of automation systems and processes, performance reporting trends, technologies and best practicesExplore new approaches to increase efficiency and improve processes without sacrificing qualityPrepare ad hoc reports and assist in the completion of reporting projects, as assignedAssist in task management regarding projects requiring participation by multiple peopleAssist in preparation and execution of monthly client reporting requirements with attention to accuracy and timelinessPrepare and execute quarterly client reporting decks, factsheets and versions/variations with consistency, creativity, accuracy and expediencyWork with parent company and partners on other branded versions of all decks/materialsProvide proofreading support and data quality control during quarter-end update cycles and as requestedSupport record retention of all client communications and marketing materials according to business practiceEnsure all materials adhere to established design and data integrity standardsPrepare meeting materials including customization, printing, binding and shippingProvide administrative support to client engagement team and act as backup for client requests and inquiriesSolicit or procure background data for questionnaires and other client reporting from portfolio accounting systems and external databasesDevelop expertise in Winslow Capital’s strategies and their investment vehicles as well as data and the process for accessing data from various providers throughout the FirmBuild strong internal working relationships and communicate regularly about projects within Client Service and Marketing, Portfolio Administration and Compliance, as well as various departments within parent company Nuveen/TIAA when necessaryMaintain, update and produce contact lists for internal audiences from CRM systemPrepare reports and dashboards via CRM systemAssist in marketing and client service-related projects involving CRM analysisQualifications:RequiredBachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year university or college preferred, or equivalent work experienceMinimum six months to two years of experience in client service, operations, sales or portfolio management supportDesiredExperience in business-related disciplines such as marketing, finance or economics is preferredExperience in a similar capacity within a leading asset management organization and/or investment industry is preferredStrong attention to detail and problem-solving skillsStrong oral, written and visual communication skillsSelf-starter that can work both independently and collaboratively with teamsAbility to prioritize and manage multiple projects independently and simultaneously, meet deadlines and adapt to changing priorities and timelinesUnderstanding of analytics and markets/economy is preferredProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Creative Cloud), Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other collaboration sites.CRM system software knowledge a plus (Salesforce)Related SkillsAccountability, Analytical Skills, Business Process Improvement, Collaboration, Continuous Improvement Mindset, Data Management, Detail-Oriented, Prioritizes Effectively, Problem Solving, Quality Management, ResourcefulnessStart Date: 10-Aug-2026End Date: 30-Oct-2026Travel Required: NoAnticipated Posting End Date:2026-08-31Base Pay Range: $33.61/hr - $43.27/hrActual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location._____________________________________________________________________________________________________Equal Opportunity We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
