PCT - Pacific Cast Technologies is seeking a skilled TIG Welder to join our precision manufacturing team in Salem, OR. In this role, you will perform high‑integrity TIG welds on aluminum components used in aerospace and industrial applications. You’ll interpret blueprints, follow strict process specifications, and inspect welds to meet rigorous quality and safety standards.
