Candidates must have an active Secret clearance and verify, before applying, that you meet the minimum requirements of the position.Location: Fort Belvoir, VA (100% On-site) Clearance Requirement: Active Secret Security Clearance Contract Period of Performance: Good through January 2031 Salary: 135K-155K Annual; Commensurate with experience/educationJob Description:Organizes and directs work, coordinates efforts related to design, develop, and maintain Integrated Master Schedules (IMS)Applies principles of project management developing large, complex schedulesPerforms program schedule analysis to include: Metrics, Critical Path, Float, and schedule variancesBuilds and maintains a program-level IMS which includes major milestones and deliverables from Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) and Government sourcesMonitors OEM schedule performance to include weekly and monthly variancesUtilizes Gantt, PERT, milestone charts, earned value management and other project management techniques to gauge progress and identify performance variancesActs as scheduling subject expert and mentors the program staff with regards to schedulingUnderstands and has facility with enterprise-level scheduling softwareProposes processes that will aid Integrated SchedulingMandatory Requirement: Candidate must be a US Citizen to obtain and maintain an interim and final security clearance Position Overview: Serve as an Integrated Master Scheduler III in support of CPE Ground Headquarters Special Requirements:Expert knowledge in use of MS ProjectSecurity Clearance: SecretExperience and Education:A minimum Bachelor's Degree and with >12 years experienceJANUS Research Group provides reasonable accommodation so that qualified applicants with a disability may participate in the selection process.
