In this role, you will meet with clients virtually, in their homes, or in your local community to assess their needs and recommend the right coverage.
This opportunity is ideal for self-starters who are motivated by building relationships, creating their own schedule, and earning without limits.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet with qualified leads in person, virtually, or in-home
- Conduct needs-based assessments and recommend appropriate insurance solutions
- Build long-term relationships based on trust, service, and integrity
- Maintain and manage your sales pipeline with consistent follow-up
- Represent The Rustman Agency professionally within your community and assigned territory
- Achieve or exceed monthly sales goals
