You help grow our office through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. We are located in Charlotte, NC and help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including auto insurance, home insurance, life insurance, and retirement planning.Responsibilities: Manage customer accounts and update information in the database. Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries. Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status. Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.Qualifications: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent customer service and communication skills.
