Base pay range

$130,000.00/yr - $235,000.00/yr

• Develop and implement tailored project control systems, processes, templates, guidelines, and reporting standards to ensure consistency with client objectives and owner requirements.
• Oversee the creation and maintenance of integrated project schedules, perform critical path analysis, identify schedule risks, recommend mitigation strategies, and ensure timely updates align with project goals.
• Establish and manage project budgets, cost forecasts, and financial tracking systems in line with the owner’s financial objectives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify risks and develop mitigation strategies aligned with project objectives.
• Ensure adherence to project governance frameworks, compliance with organizational policies and industry standards.
• Develop and deliver accurate, timely project control reports, dashboards, and executive summaries tailored to the owner’s needs.
• Act as the primary liaison between the owner and Project Controls team to ensure alignment on project goals.
• Identify opportunities to enhance project control processes and tools for improved efficiency and accuracy.
• Onsite at client site: The work location for this role is onsite with our clients and partners.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field or 4 years of relevant experience.
• 10+ years of experience in project controls, with a focus on data center or mission-critical construction projects.
• 2+ years in a leadership role managing a team and interfacing with client stakeholders.

• Ability to travel or relocate to project locations.
• Strong knowledge of project scheduling tools and cost management systems.
• Proven experience in managing cost, schedule, and risk processes on large-scale projects.
• Familiarity with Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing (MEP) systems.
• Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to distill complex data into actionable insights.
• Outstanding communication and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of industry standards such as AACE, PMI, or similar frameworks is preferred.
