Accounting Clerk

Kelly Services is seeking an Accounting Clerk / Administrative Assistant to support one of our premier clients in Plainview, TX. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong organizational skills and an interest in accounting operations. Hours are Monday-Friday, 8am-5:00pm. Pay rate is $16.80 per hour.

Key Responsibilities

• Post daily and monthly accounting entries to the general ledger
• Reconcile bank accounts and ledger accounts on a monthly basis
• Perform analytical assignments as needed
• Import and record donation batches into the general ledger
• Assist with donation and scholarship accounts to identify unused funds
• Support staff with setting up new ledger accounts in the system
• Work within the Ellucian Colleague ERP system

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience with accounting or administrative support preferred
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Solid reasoning and problem-solving skills
• Basic math proficiency
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
