Quick Facts Location: Atlantic City, NJ (with rotations at Pomona, NJ) Start Date: As soon as possible Duration: Permanent full-time Shift: 5-day work week, 9am-5pm; rotating call (nights/weekends) Hours/Week: 40 hours Employment Type: Full-time, Agency submission only Licensing/Certifications: Board Certified in Maternal Fetal Medicine, Controlled Substance (CSR/CDS), DEA Experience: Prior MFM experience preferred but not explicitly required Pay & Benefits Salary: Competitive base salary of $650,000 annually Incentives: Up to $25,000 annually in quality bonus Additional Compensation: CME funds, professional dues, and medical staff expenses ($4,500/year) Relocation: Up to $10,000 reimbursed Paid Time Off: 224 PTO hours + 40 hours NJ sick leave Benefits: Health, dental, vision, and life insurance Additional: Eligible for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) What You’ll Do Provide inpatient consultative services at AtlantiCare Regional Medical Center's childbirth unit Support and collaborate with obstetricians, neonatologists, and other specialists Participate in rotating call schedules including nights and weekends Work across outpatient clinics in Pomona and Atlantic City Support postpartum management and remote patient monitoring for diabetic and hypotensive patients Utilize Cerner EMR and GE Viewpoint ultrasonography reporting systems Contribute to a high-level NICU with 22 beds, providing expert care for neonatal patients Engage in comprehensive patient management across maternity, postpartum, and neonatal care What You Need Required: Board Certification in Maternal Fetal Medicine Valid NJ medical license or in process DEA registration and controlled substance certification Experience in inpatient and outpatient obstetric care Preferred: Prior experience in Level III NICU setting Strong collaboration and communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment About the Assignment Join a dynamic team at a leading facility in Atlantic City, working across outpatient clinics and inpatient hospital services at AtlantiCare Regional Medical Center.
