Community Physical was founded in 1986 by Bob Tripicchio, PT, MS, DSc, on the premise that people are the most important asset of any organization. CPT was devoted exclusively to the delivery of home care services until 1996, when we expanded to include outpatient services and skilled nursing facility staffing and management services. Full-Time Occupational Therapist

Community Physical Therapy (CPT) is seeking a Full-Time OT 30-40 hours per week to join our growing, therapist-led team. We serve patients across skilled nursing, memory care, assisted/independent living, outpatient, and home settings.

Requirements

Illinois OT license

SNF experience preferred

Familiarity with Net Health a plus (training provided)
