Job Description

An established commercial contractor is seeking an Estimator to join its growing preconstruction team in Cincinnati. This role offers exposure to complex healthcare, industrial, multifamily, and education projects while providing strong mentorship and long-term career development.

Description

* Prepare quantity takeoffs, labor calculations, and material estimates for commercial construction projects.

* Collaborate with preconstruction teams to develop competitive bid submissions.

* Analyze drawings, specifications, and project documents to identify project costs.

* Assist with budgeting, value engineering, and conceptual estimating efforts.

* Support project pursuits across healthcare, industrial, multifamily, and education sectors.

Profile

A successful Estimator should have:

* 2+ years of construction estimating experience.

* Experience performing takeoffs and preparing estimates for projects valued at $5M+.

* Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.

* Experience within commercial construction markets preferred.

* Collaborative mindset with strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Job Offer

Salary: $90,000 - $135,000 + Bonus

* 10-15% annual bonus opportunity and 3 weeks PTO.
