Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current CCC-SLP or CFY eligible
• Active or in-process state licensure for Speech-Language Pathology
• Previous experience in a school setting beneficial, but clinical fellows are welcome to apply
• Strong understanding of IEP processes and compliance standards
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams

Role Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech and language therapy services to a varied caseload of students
• Conduct assessments, write progress reports, and participate in IEP meetings
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, aligned with students’ goals
• Maintain detailed, compliant documentation of services provided
• Consult with educators, families, and other professionals to support each student’s communication needs
• Engage in ongoing professional development and remain current with best practices in school speech-language services
