Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid state licensure or ability to obtain prior to assignment start
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, though strong Clinical Fellows (CFs) are also welcome to apply
• Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric setting is highly valued
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to develop effective collaborative relationships with staff, students, and families

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate students’ speech, language, and communication abilities using standardized tools and informal assessments
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address students’ unique needs
• Deliver direct and consultative speech-language therapy services in alignment with IEP goals
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and parents to support student success
• Maintain timely and clear documentation for assessments, progress monitoring, and compliance
• Actively participate in IEP meetings and school-based intervention teams
