It can include insurer or public health settings as well.High School Graduate or equivalent.Ability to work independently and in a team environment.Must maintain a high level of confidentialityMust work well in stressful environments without compromising quality and accuracy.Strong Customer Service skillsAbility to participate in an environment that promotes staff development, productivity, satisfaction, and efficiencyPC skills in a Windows environment are required.
