Work Shift This position may be scheduled for either the 2nd shift (2:00 PM–10:30 PM) or the 3rd shift (10:00 PM–6:30 AM) based on business needs. Key Responsibilities Supervise shift operations as shift commander of LEU operations, ensuring compliance with standard operating procedures and general orders. Perform performance management: create a positive work environment, conduct training and development, review staff performance, and recommend staffing changes or disciplinary actions. Handle administrative duties: generate shift assignments, test department equipment, review shift reports and logs, and ensure accurate and timely information distribution. Represent the LEU in internal and external meetings. Perform additional duties as assigned or requested. Adhere to the Bank’s attendance policies with regular and prompt attendance. Education and Experience High school diploma/GED and 9 years of related work experience, or Two years of college and 7 years of related work experience, or Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of related work experience. Completion of the Federal Reserve System Basic Law Enforcement Course (BLEC). Completion of the Field Training and Evaluation Program (FTEP). Knowledge and Skills Basic ability to operate office equipment and perform independent research. Intermediate customer service, leadership/supervisory/management, teamwork/collaboration, verbal and written communication, problem‑solving, analytical, public speaking, and presentation skills. Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office tools. Intermediate knowledge of regulations, procedures, and practices related to LEU Standard Operating Procedures and General Orders. Intermediate relationship management and strategic thinking/planning skills. Basic understanding of federal law enforcement policies and the Federal Reserve System. Salary The expected starting salary range for the LEU Operations Supervisor is between $73,400 and $91,800 per year. Final salary and offers will be determined by the applicant’s background, experience, skills, internal equity, and market data.
