This position supports the DoD International AIMS Program Office. This is a full-time supervisory position located at Robins AFB.The candidate should be an experienced and successful project manager. The successful candidate should enjoy working in a dynamic and collaborative environment, as well as, dedicated to the success of our customers and their mission needs. Key Responsibilities:The candidate must work well with a geographically dispersed team and customer.The candidate must be assertive in capturing key inputs and data to incorporate into various products on a daily basis.The candidate must also have excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and active listening).Proficiency with developing presentations (PowerPoint) and written documents for executive-level review and consumption is necessary. Familiarity with DoD 5000.02 acquisition policies and processes, is a plus, but not required. Likewise, familiarity with DoD and international military protocols, customs, and courtesies, is a plus, but not required.Duties include but are not limited to:Responsible for direct management of Project Cost, Schedule, and PerformanceOrganize project and task workloads and select most qualified individuals for assignments on specific projectsActs as the primary liaison between the KBR contract manager and the Government PMActs as primary liaison between Program Planning and Control and other functional groups and resolves any issues regarding project planningResponsible for the training, motivation, and discipline of assigned employeesDevelop and manage team members’ annual goals and related assessmentsDevelop, review, and submit project deliverables, to include monthly status reportsDevelop, review, and deliver high-level, professional products for the government (e.g. certification packages, acquisition documents, and briefing materials to support weekly meetings and PMRs)Use of Microsoft Office suite of applications/tools to develop and publish products for senior leadership review, coordination, and approvalDraft professional correspondence on behalf of government for wide distribution to key mission stakeholders at tactical and strategic levelsPreparing government customers for meetings and engagements, ensuring all relevant information is conveyed and fully understood to support discussions and decision-makingWork Environment:Location: On-Site, Warner-Robins AFB, GATravel Requirements: Minimal 0-20%Working Hours: StandardRequired Qualifications:Bachelor's degree and minimum 10 years of relevant experienceDoD Clearance Requirement: SecretMust have strong analytical and problem-solving skillsSelf-starter with excellent writing and communication skills is a mustAbility to interpret, capture, and manage customer requirements and expectationsEffective, proven ability in decision making, problem solving, and influencing othersAbility to reliably operate in a complex and changing environment demonstrating solid independent judgmentKnowledgeable in the application of distribution statements and CUI application and controlsDesired Qualifications:Familiarity with DoD 5000.02 acquisition policiesProgram Management Professional (PMP) Certification or equivalentForeign Military Sales (FMS) experienceReady to Make a Difference?If you’re excited about making a significant impact in the field of space defense and working on projects that matter, we encourage you to apply and join our team at KBR.
