Job Summary

We are seeking an Automotive Mechanic / Technician for a direct hire opportunity in Shreveport, LA. This role is open to automotive technicians at all skill levels, from newer mechanics with basic maintenance experience to highly skilled technicians with engine, transmission, diagnostics, and major repair experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform general automotive repair, maintenance, and mechanical service work.
- Complete oil changes, preventative maintenance, brake repairs, suspension repairs, and related services.
- Diagnose vehicle concerns and perform troubleshooting on mechanical and electrical systems.
- Repair or replace engines, transmissions, and related components based on skill level.
- Maintain accurate work quality while meeting productivity expectations in a flag-hour environment.
- Follow shop procedures, safety guidelines, and professional service standards.

Compensation and Benefits

- Pay: $25 flag hour.
- Schedule: Monday through Friday.
- Hours: Unlimited hours available based on workload.
- Workload: Plenty of steady work available.
