We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support a fast-moving team with data management and operational tasks. We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support a fast-moving team with data management and operational tasks. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-energy environment and enjoys keeping things organized behind the scenes. Responsibilities of the Bilingual Administrative Assistant :
- Maintain and update Excel spreadsheets and internal systems with high accuracy
- Organize and manage electronic and physical files to ensure quick access and compliance
- Track various compliance-related items and follow up on deadlines and required documentation
- Support reporting needs by pulling, organizing, and analyzing data
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Occasionally drive to nearby offices (College Station or Pasadena) to deliver or retrieve paperwork (mileage reimbursed)
- Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and insurance .
- Strong administrative skills with excellent organization and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle large amounts of files and data accurately.
- Someone who remains calm under pressure and asks questions when needed.
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) is required .
