Role Overview

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support the review and processing of sales incentive submissions. This position will audit submission data, verify supporting documentation and incentive calculations, coordinate required approvals, and prepare accurate payout files for payroll processing.

Responsibilities

Audit sales incentive submissions for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with established requirements.
Validate submission data and supporting documentation.
Verify billing information, reserves, and incentive-calculation inputs.
Review performance outliers and perform manual sample calculations to confirm accuracy.
Obtain required approvals from sales leadership and management.
Maintain approval statuses, audit notes, and supporting records.
Create payroll-ready incentive payout files.
Assist with payout data-integrity checks before processing.
Provide administrative support for approximately 350 annual incentive submissions.
Identify discrepancies and coordinate corrections with appropriate stakeholders.

Qualifications

Previous administrative, auditing, payroll, finance, accounting, or data-validation experience.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to review financial data, calculations, and supporting documentation.
Proficiency with spreadsheets and data-entry tools.
Strong organizational and recordkeeping skills.
Ability to manage multiple submissions and deadlines.
Clear written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to handle confidential compensation and payroll information.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience reviewing sales incentive, commission, bonus, or payroll submissions.
Experience preparing payroll-load-ready files.
Familiarity with incentive calculations, billing data, reserves, or financial reconciliation.
Experience supporting high-volume audit or administrative processes.
