Recruiting Director: Hiring & Onboarding Leader

PKT Enterprises in Minneapolis, MN seeks a Recruiting Director to find, interview, and onboard employees across our programs. This position will manage the hiring process from application through orientation, contacting applicants, scheduling interviews, guiding online onboarding, and coordinating weekly orientation. The ideal candidate is organized, tech-savvy, and able to communicate with applicants, staff, managers, and community partners.
