Pharmaceutical Litigation Attorney

Merchant & Gould, one of the leading intellectual property law firms, is seeking an experienced attorney to join our Chemical & Life Sciences practice group. This hybrid position can be located in any of our offices. Position Summary The candidate will support an active ANDA litigation practice, handling Paragraph IV and ANDA litigation matters. Competencies & Qualifications Pre‑2022 law school graduate. At least 2 years of Paragraph IV ANDA litigation experience. Preferred: Technical degree in chemistry, biochemistry, or a related field. Compensation & Benefits Base salary: Based on an 1850 billable hour target. Discretionary merit bonus: Performance‑based, starting at $200k depending on experience.
