Shift Lead

DESCRIPTION

As a Shift Lead, you run the floor during your shift - keeping service fast, the team motivated, and the store running smoothly. A great step up for someone ready to lead.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Supervise and support crew members throughout your shift
• Open and/or close the store, including cash handling and drawer reconciliation
• Ensure food quality, speed of service, and cleanliness standards are met
• Coach crew members and help train new hires
• Monitor inventory levels and report low stock
• Resolve guest concerns quickly and professionally
• Uphold food-safety and workplace-safety compliance

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 6+ months of QSR or customer-service experience preferred (or strong crew performance)
• Reliable, punctual, and able to lead by example
• Comfortable with POS systems, cash handling, and basic shift reporting
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
• Open availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Food Handler certification a plus (or willing to obtain)
