Position Summary
The Materials Management Associate II will perform a variety of duties and responsibilities including acting as the primary receiver and material mover.
- Primary receiver
- Forklift Operator
- Pull materials for production and delivers to proper department
- Cycle count
- Unloads deliveries and place product in designated areas
- Access to HFA
- Responsible for accurate entry of new inventory
Position Requirements
- Attention to fine detail/ must be detail-oriented
- Ability to be trained and licensed on a Forklift and other Powered industrial vehicles
- Data entry into computer
- Regular lifting of product up to 50lbs. and occasionally up to 75 lbs.
- Regular maneuvering and position of product using pallet jack or carts up to 2,000 lbs.
- Requires full shift of standing, walking, carry product, bending and lifting.
- Able to read, write and follow instructions, both written and verbal.
- Able to use handheld power tools with accuracy and precision.
- Able to assist in training employees
- Ensures a safe working environment by conforming to all safety guidelines including, but not limited to, wearing required personal protective equipment (PPE)
Experience and Knowledge Required
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Previous Manufacturing Experience preferred
- Basic math/ability to use calculator
