Requirements Rates: Tier 1: 24 hour call to include 4 hours gratis: 4200 Night call to include 2 hours gratis: 2450 Callback: 350 and below Tier 2: 24 hour call to include 4 hours gratis: 4201-4500 Night call to include 2 hours gratis: 2451-2700 Callback: 351-400 UCHealth Memorial Hospital North is looking for locum support for offsite night call coverage for the OBGYN team. Coverage is to cover 3 UCHealth physicians for any obstetric or gyn patient of the facility to see/admit antepartum patients manage labor and delivery for our patients see gyn ED consults perform emergent gyn surgeries round each day and cover backup call to OBHG. Coverage needs are Mon-Thurs week night call coverage and weekend call coverage - Friday 5p - Mon 7a. Coverage needed is 3 weeks Mon 5p - Mon 7a. night call coverage - Mon-Thurs - 5p-7a amp three weekend per month - Friday 5p - Monday 7aCoverage needs are a total of 3 weeks and 3 weekendsSetting: Inpatient Level III Trauma and NICUFacility address: 4050 Briargate Parkway Colorado Springs CORequired Procedures/Job Duties: Obstetrics Required Procedures: Low risk Pt's with pre-existing problems history of twins history of toxemia pyelonephritis hyperemesis etc. High risk pregnancy Pt's with toxemia diabetes class II or higher cardiac chronic lung problems chronic renal disease etc. FHR Interpretation - NST / CST / FSE Required Procedures/Job Duties: Labor amp Delivery: Routine delivery Vaginal low forceps decision making for C-section Complicated delivery - C-section breech multiple births abruptions etc. VBAC's Repair of 3rd amp 4th degree lacerations Required Procedures/Job Duties: Gynecology: Surgery gynecology* - open operative / major - includes diagnostic - ectopic pregnancy ovary removal cystectomy extensive LOA's. Required Procedures/Job Duties: Other: Suction DampC. Management of cesarean complications to include hysterectomy.Worksite Resources: Lab onsite ultrasound onsiteEMR: EPICSupport Staff: Fully staffed hospital with Labor and Deliver RNs and they have an Obstetric Emergency Department OB ED UCHealth Birth Center - Memorial Hospital North. Reason for Coverage: Need to cover 3 UCHealth physicians for primary call coverage. Deal breakers: Providers who are unable to cover the full stints. Providers are not able to leave early and must be willing to stay the full duration. EMR Required training is a requirement to complete prior to their first day there are No options to Test Out.Training is only available Tuesdays or Fridays at 8a MT. EMR training is not billable until the provider starts at the facility. Travel Lodging: Lodging cap is 150 per night before taxes and fees.
