Job Title: Product Owner
Location: New York City NY
Duration: 6 Months
One of our clients is undertaking a migration of Equity / Stock Plan Administration capabilities from the Solium platform to ISW . We are looking for Product Managers / Product Owners with experience in one or more of the following areas related to Equity Compensation Financial Reporting :
- Equity Compensation / Stock Plan Administration (Stock Options RSUs ESPPs PSUs)
- Financial Reporting and Accounting for share-based compensation
- ASC 718 / IFRS 2 reporting
- Compensation expense forecasting valuation and disclosure reporting
- EPS dilution and financial reporting
- Product ownership requirements management backlog management and UAT
- Equity Compensation / Stock Plan Administration (Stock Options RSUs ESPPs PSUs)
- Financial Reporting and Accounting for share-based compensation
- ASC 718 / IFRS 2 reporting
- Compensation expense forecasting valuation and disclosure reporting
- EPS dilution and financial reporting
- Product ownership requirements management backlog management and UAT
