Audit Associate

In this role, you'll work alongside experienced professionals while supporting audit, review, and compilation engagements for privately held businesses and organizations. What You’ll Do In this role, you'll develop your audit knowledge while working directly with clients and experienced team members on a variety of assurance engagements. Assist with audit, review, and compilation engagements for privately held businesses and organizations Perform fieldwork and testing procedures for assigned engagement areas with guidance from senior team members Develop an understanding of audit methodologies, risk assessment, and sampling techniques Analyze financial information and supporting documentation to help identify issues and exceptions Prepare workpapers and engagement documentation in accordance with professional standards Gain exposure to financial statement preparation and reporting requirements Communicate with clients to gather information and support engagement completion What We’re Looking For Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills Attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate work Curiosity and a desire to continuously learn and develop technical expertise Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment Positive attitude, professionalism, and strong ethical standards Commitment to teamwork and delivering outstanding client service Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field required 0–5 years of public accounting, audit, accounting, or internship experience preferred CPA eligibility or progress toward CPA certification preferred Salary Range: $55,000 – $60,000 (depending on education, experience, and CPA progress) How We Operate EOS Clear expectations.
