Technical Pre-Sales Engineer / Application Engineer (senior) (m/w/d)

Als Applications Engineer analysierst du Kundenanforderungen im internationalen Kundenumfeld, entwickelst Konzepte und erstellst POC / Simulationslösungen mit deinem Team für unsere Auftraggeber. Du konfigurierst, programmierst und passt unsere Produkte sowie Systeme gezielt an die Anforderungen unserer Kunden an. Dies gelingt dir durch engsten Austausch mit deinen Schnittstellen. Du bist pflegst ausgezeichneten Kontakt zu unseren Kunden und prüfst mit Hilfe von Use Cases, Infrastruktur und Prozessen die Gegebenheiten für unser Produkt vor Ort, ggf. im internationalen Kontext. Du führst technische Präsentationen (Englisch / Deutsch), auch beim Kunden, übernimmst Marktsichtungen, bist aktiv auf internationalen Messen unterwegs. Du bist auf Grund deines technischen Verständnisses aktiver Part in Vorverhandlungen und arbeitest bei der Erstellung von Verträgen wichtige Inhalte zu (bspw. Technische Umsetzungspunkte). Als zentrale Schnittstelle überträgst du Kundenanforderungen und -feedback in konkrete Entwicklungsaufgaben, zudem koordinierst du die interne Umsetzung. Du organisierst und leitest technische Trainings für interne Teams sowie Kunden und gibst dein erhaltenes Feedback weiter. Du übernimmst Eskalations- und Supportverantwortung bei komplexen Problemen und begleitest die Inbetriebnahme. Du unterstützt bei der Erstellung wirtschaftlicher Angebote und kalkulierst zudem Preise und Konditionen. Du identifizierst potenzielle Kunden und Märkte national sowie international, in denen unsere technischen Lösungen einen Mehrwert bieten. #J-18808-Ljbffr ROHDE & SCHWARZ GmbH & Co. KG
