Entry-Level Licensed Insurance Salesperson – Job Description

Position Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Entry-Level Licensed Insurance Salesperson to join our team. In this role, you will help individuals and families find insurance solutions that meet their needs while learning the fundamentals of sales, client relationship management, and product knowledge. Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and contact prospective clients through warm leads, referrals, networking, and outreach.
• Assess client needs and recommend appropriate insurance products (e.g., life, health, auto, home, or other relevant lines).
• Explain policy features, benefits, and costs in a clear and professional manner.
• Assist clients with applications , documentation, and onboarding processes.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and follow-ups.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships through consistent communication and exceptional customer service.
• Stay current with product offerings, underwriting guidelines, and industry regulations.
• Meet or exceed sales goals set by management.

Qualifications:

• Active state insurance license (e.g. Property & Casualty)
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Comfortable working in a goal-driven environment.
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to use CRM or sales tools.
• No prior experience required; training provided .

Preferred Skills (Not Required):

• Sales or customer service experience.
• Bilingual abilities.
• Familiarity with insurance products or financial services.
