Seasonal ServerThe Seasonal Server is responsible for offering members and guests an enjoyable, expertly served meal reflecting the high service standards of the Club. Must anticipate members' needs and provide service before being asked and consistently monitor tables/service areas during service periods. A server must always maintain a professional appearance and provide friendly, personalized service to all members and their guests.Seasonal servers will be trained and may be asked to work in the Pool, Cabanas, Restaurant, and/or Banquet areas.Our unique culture is at the heart of all we do and is guided by our values and behaviors. Including preparation and presentationMust maintain familiarity with daily specials and actively present to membersEnsure all food and/or drink items are prepared consistent with Club guidelines before being servedFollow all standard food handling, sanitation, and health department guidelinesPresent checks to each member and utilize proper billing policiesRemain up to date on upcoming Club eventsStrictly adhere to rules and regulations established in the employee handbook and Club policiesMaintain open communication with all team members including Back of HouseUtilize the 10'-5' rule in all interactionsRecognize and address any problems resulting from member or guest complaintsNotify management of unsafe conditions, maintenance issues, or damage to equipmentPerform other duties as assigned and/or requested by ManagementMinimum Qualifications:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each primary job function satisfactorily.
