RN ICU Fellowship Nights

Role Overview: Provides direct patient care in the Med Surg Intensive Care Unit, utilizing top-of-scope nursing practices within a fast-paced, technologically complex environment. Supports multidisciplinary team collaboration to achieve exceptional patient outcomes, emphasizing evidence-based practice and patient wellness. Mentors new healthcare professionals and contributes to safety and quality at the point of care. Key Responsibilities Deliver comprehensive nursing care aligned with AACN’s ECCO® and evidence-based models. Participate in specialized orientation programs, including simulation and competency validation. Support clinical education and ongoing professional development. Adhere to safety, quality, and regulatory standards to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Qualifications & Skills Graduate from an accredited nursing program or possess equivalent education if experience is less than 3 years. Valid RN licensure and BLS certification through AHA or Red Cross. At least 6 months of RN nursing experience. Excellent communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills.
