At APV, We Always Provide Value Position Summary The Talent Acquisition Specialist supports full-cycle recruiting and proposal staffing needs across APV’s contract portfolio. This role partners with the Talent Acquisition Lead and the Director of Talent Strategy & HR to build candidate pipelines, prepare proposal‑ready submissions, and execute recruiting workflows with strong documentation and communication. The role also provides limited, secondary support for TA system and workflow enhancements—including AI-enabled features—by coordinating testing and feedback with the ETL team after Director approval. Duties Manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned requisitions: sourcing, screening, interview coordination, candidate evaluation, and closeout. Maintain accurate ATS records and timely candidate communication to support a strong candidate experience. Build pipelines using traditional and non-traditional sourcing methods for technical training, human capital, and corporate roles. Source and qualify contingent candidates aligned to anticipated RFPs, labor categories, and contract environments. Prepare submission‑ready materials (tailored resumes, letters of commitment, candidate summaries) and ensure documentation is complete by deadlines.
