Benefits / Perks Substantial paid training, certifications, and support Competitive base pay, commission, and performance bonuses Free Studio Membership Product discounts Flexible schedule to accommodate educational or personal goals Fitness casual dress-code Passionate, collaborative work environment Opportunity to learn every aspect of the business and potentially become a Franchisee or Business Owner Responsibilities Work directly with Franchisee in support of studio operations and profitability Provide leadership through ongoing development, training, and support of the Sales Team and Coaches Achieve top-tier performance metrics including revenue, inventory, payroll, cost controls, and facilities maintenance Coach for 20 hours Attend all directed monthly meetings and Corporate Webinars Ensure necessary staffing levels while staying within budget Host weekly staff meetings and one‑on‑one monthly meetings with each Sales Associate and Coach Ensure front desk procedures are followed, including member check‑in, phone inquiries, past‑due account procedures, and customer care calls Plan and promote special events monthly Ensure facility is clean, maintained, and operationally sound Qualifications 1-2 years of Customer Service experience with proven results 1-2 years of Sales experience in boutique fitness or related industry Associate or bachelor’s degree in business or related field with 3+ years of management Minimum experience operating revenue of $600,000 or higher annual revenue Compensation $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year. #J-18808-Ljbffr BODY20 Lake Oswego
