Are you organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about providing excellent customer service? We are seeking a Jr. Planner to join our team and help support production scheduling, customer communication, and on-time delivery performance in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working cross-functionally, solving problems, and building strong relationships with both customers and internal teams.
Requirements:- Support daily production planning and scheduling activities
- Communicate with customers regarding order status, delivery timelines, and scheduling updates
- Coordinate with Production, Purchasing, Quality, and Shipping teams to ensure customer requirements are met
- Monitor open orders and identify potential delays or scheduling concerns
- Maintain accurate information within the ERP/MRP system
- Assist with prioritizing jobs based on customer demand and production capacity
- Prepare reports related to scheduling, backlog, and delivery performance
- Help drive customer satisfaction through proactive communication and follow-up
What We’re Looking For
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook
- Prior manufacturing, planning, scheduling, or customer service experience preferred
- ERP/MRP system experience is a plus
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
