Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $15.50 / Hour Job Schedule: Mon 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM; Wed 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM; Thur 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM; Sun 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM. What You’ll Do: Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property staff by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and/or emergency response activities as appropriate. Respond to incidents, maintenance concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, documenting observations and reporting issues through proper channels. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the property, including common areas, parking areas, entry points, and perimeter locations, to help deter unwanted activity. Monitor access to the location and observe activity around the property, assisting with visitor directions, tenant inquiries, and/or reporting unusual conditions. Support daily operations at a commercial real estate location by communicating with property management and/or emergency personnel when needed and following post orders for assigned duties. Minimum Requirements: At least 6 months of security‑related experience is required. Customer service experience is preferred. Access control and badge experience is preferred. Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
