Collections Specialist

Collections SpecialistLee Hecht Harrison Recruitment Solutions (LHH) is partnering with a leading company to fill their open Collections Specialist job in Denver, CO. To qualify, you must have at least two years of recent, relevant experience in a similar role. You will also preferably have previous experience using SAP and High Radius.This is a TEMPORARY job opportunity that is expected to last 6 months. Depending on your performance and our client's needs, this role may be extended and may even result in a permanent job within the company. You will earn between $25.00 and $30.00 per hour in this job opportunity. You will also be eligible to sign up for LHH's benefits programs (details below).Responsibilities:Monitoring AR aging and customer accountsPerforming credit analyses as neededMaintaining positive relationships with internal and external customersInitiating collections via e-mail, phone calls, faxes, and lettersResearching and resolving payment discrepanciesManaging large key customer accountsNavigating customer account portalsPerforming customer revenue and AR trend analysesMaintaining complianceAll other related duties as requiredQualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred but not requiredAt least two years of recent, relevant experience in B2B collectionsStrong accounting knowledgePrevious experience with SAP and High Radius software preferredExcellent organizational skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExcellent analytical skillsCompensation:Hourly rate between $25.00 and $30.00LHH benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, term life insurance, short-term disability insurance, additional voluntary benefits, commuter benefits and 401K plan.
