Lead Management Product Owner: Growth & Performance

USG, a Chicago-based building products leader, seeks a Manager to own lead management and performance marketing programs across USG, CGC, and LATAM. You will define the lifecycle, drive Salesforce Lead Management and Marketing Cloud adoption, and align with Marketing, Sales, Digital, Analytics, and IT to optimize funnel performance.

Responsibilities include strategy governance, data-driven demand plans, and executive KPI reporting.
