Key Responsibilities Build and maintain strong relationships with shippers and receivers across all customer segments Develop and strengthen customer relationships through regular, proactive communication Provide spot quotes and load management Collaborate with internal teams to support assigned accounts and drive growth Respond quickly to challenges and make effective, timely decisions Deliver a high level of customer service and ensure customer satisfaction Perform other related duties as assigned Work Experience and Background Requirements Logistics experience required (1 year at least) Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required Sales and negotiation skills Strong decision‑making ability and judgment Positive and energetic team player Flexible thinker, solutions‑oriented Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) Benefits Competitive base salary Health, Dental, and Vision insurance 401K Paid vacation On‑site training #J-18808-Ljbffr Delta Group Logistics Inc
