About the Position

This permanent Otolaryngology leadership opportunity in Egg Harbor Township, New Jersey offers a chance to lead and grow an ENT division while continuing hands-on clinical and surgical practice. The role combines clinical excellence, surgical innovation, and administrative leadership , with a strong focus on minimally invasive techniques and patient-centered care.

You will oversee clinical, academic, and operational functions , mentor a multidisciplinary ENT team, and collaborate across specialties to enhance complex care services. The position includes guaranteed OR access, strong surgical volume , and the opportunity to shape the future direction of the ENT service line within a forward-thinking healthcare environment.

Shift Timings:

• Full-time position
• Shared call schedule (1:4)
• OR and clinic responsibilities included

Requirements

• Board Certified in Otolaryngology (ENT)
• Prior independent clinical experience beyond training
• Active New Jersey medical license or ability to obtain
• BLS and ACLS certification
• DEA and state-controlled substance registration
• Clean or acceptable malpractice history with documentation
• Current NPDB Self-Query Report
