Job Title: Pre-K Teacher

Position Summary:
We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Pre-K Teacher who has a heart for children and a love for early childhood education. The ideal candidate will create a safe, engaging, and structured classroom while incorporating faith-based values into daily learning.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement engaging, developmentally appropriate lesson plans 
• Create a structured, nurturing, and positive classroom environment 
• Support children’s academic, social, and emotional development 
• Incorporate faith-based principles and positive character building into daily activities 
• Maintain consistent classroom routines and expectations 
• Communicate regularly and professionally with parents 
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all children 
• Work collaboratively with staff and administration 
• Keep the classroom clean, organized, and prepared 
• Complete required assessments and documentation 

Qualifications:

• Experience working with preschool or Pre-K children (required) 
• CDA, Associate’s, or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field (preferred) 
• Strong classroom management skills 
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities 
• Passion for working with children in a faith-based setting 
• Ability to meet state licensing requirements
