About Our Client Our client is a leading international law firm known for its expertise in complex cross-border transactions, litigation, and finance. Job Description Provide legal support for a variety of debt finance transactions, including leveraged finance, acquisition financing, and other structured finance deals. Advise clients on the structuring, negotiation, and documentation of financing arrangements. Conduct thorough due diligence and prepare related legal documentation. Collaborate closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless transaction execution. Stay updated on relevant legal and regulatory developments impacting the debt finance sector. Provide guidance on cross-border transactions and multi-jurisdictional financing matters. Assist with client relationship management and business development initiatives. Support the training and mentoring of junior team members as required. The Successful Applicant A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Bar admission in New York or eligibility to waive into the New York Bar. Strong understanding of debt finance, including leveraged and acquisition finance transactions. Excellent drafting and negotiation skills, with keen attention to detail. Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced professional services environment. High level of client service orientation and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
