What You’ll Need to Succeed as a Custodian Porter Retains a positive attitude and remains calm under pressure. Communicates effectively and collaborates with teammates. Focuses on delivering an exceptional player experience. Takes initiative and contributes to team results. Previous commercial cleaning experience is preferred but not required. What You Will Do in the Role Maintain clean and sanitary spaces throughout the venue to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for players. Clean and sanitize restrooms, dining areas, kitchen spaces, and other high‑traffic areas consistently. Sweep, mop, vacuum, and perform routine maintenance tasks to keep the venue in top condition. Empty trash, manage waste disposal, and help maintain cleaning supply inventory. Follow all health and safety guidelines and report any maintenance or safety concerns. Be on your feet for most of the day with a variety of physical tasks. Maintain endurance in a busy, high‑traffic environment while upholding high standards.
