Clinical Business Development Liaison
Grandview Nursing & Rehabilitation is seeking a dynamic Clinical Business Development Liaison to join our team in Danville, Pennsylvania. As a member of our Medical Affairs team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic partnerships with various healthcare entities to advance Grandview's clinical excellence and reputation. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, payers, and vendors to identify opportunities for mutually beneficial partnerships
- Conduct market research and analysis to inform business development strategies and identify new opportunities
- Develop and execute business development plans to achieve company goals and objectives
- Identify and prioritize opportunities for growth and expansion of Grandview's services
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies
- Track and analyze key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of business development efforts
Requirements:
- 2 minimum years of experience in a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
