You will serve as the key leader on-site, guiding staff and maintaining compliance with all care standards.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and support nursing staff (CNAs & LPNs) during weekend shiftsEnsure delivery of high-quality, resident-centered careMonitor resident conditions and communicate changes to physicians and leadershipAssist with staffing coordination and coverage as neededEnsure accurate and compliant clinical documentationMaintain adherence to state, federal, and facility regulationsServe as a clinical resource and leader for the care teamPromote a positive, team-oriented work environmentQualificationsGraduate of an accredited Practical Nursing programActive, unencumbered LPN license in South Carolina (required)Long-term care and rehab experience requiredSupervisory or leadership experience preferredStrong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skillsPassion for providing high-quality, compassionate careWhy Join Fleetwood Post Acute?At Fleetwood, you’re not just filling a shift—you’re stepping into a leadership role where your presence makes a real difference.
