- Shift/Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm
- Pay Rate: $75,000-$80,000/annually
- Location: Fairfield, NJ
- Experience: Manufacturing or Production Environment

- All ingredients and materials must be in compliance with FDA 21 CFR 111 - GMP's for Manufacturing, Packaging and Holding of Dietary Supplements.
- Use QA/QC approved, qualified vendors only.
- All materials and packaging components must be QA/QC approved.
- Purchasing all the materials and supplies required to manufacture and package the company's products.
- Use Material Order Report (MOR) to determine which and what quantity of materials to order.
- Purchase quality materials cost effectively.
- Take into account inventory levels, lead time, cost, transit time, freight costs, preferred vendors, credit terms, supply + demand and cash flow.
- Track all PO's for on time delivery/delays and communicate to all parties effected - open PO report.
- Interface with Operations, QA/QC, Product Development, Materials Management and Accounting.
- All invoices should be properly reconciled to PO's and Receiving Papers.
- Provide support so Accounts Payable
- Develop relations with Vendors
- Provide strong negotiating skills, attention to detail, work in a fast-paced environment.
- Answer telephone occasionally.
- File Mail, Copy, Fax, Scan, and Email accordingly
- Communicate with vendors via phone/email.
- Logistics - Set up pick up's for incoming and outgoing freight (outgoing freight may include requesting freight quotes)
- Competency with Microsoft Excel
- Experience working with QuickBooks is a plus
- Bachelor's Degree a plus
