Paraprofessional, PCA, or Behavior Technician
- Location: Malvern, PA
- Full-Time

Key Qualifications:

• Experience as a Paraprofessional or Behavior Technician in a school or related environment
• Familiarity with classroom management techniques and behavior intervention strategies
• Ability to assist with individualized education plans (IEPs) as needed
• Strong communication skills for collaborating with teachers, administrators, and parents
• Patience, empathy, and adaptability when working with students exhibiting diverse needs
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications are a plus

Essential Responsibilities:

• Provide direct support to students during classroom activities, one-on-one, or in small groups
• Implement behavior support plans and reinforce positive behavioral interventions
• Assist classroom teachers in maintaining a structured, inclusive, and safe learning environment
• Document student progress and behaviors; communicate observations to teachers and specialists
• Participate in team meetings to discuss strategies and student outcomes
• Support students with daily activities and encourage independence
