Your mission is to create a welcoming and professional experience while providing critical administrative support to our team. Front Office Excellence: Greet clients and visitors with a warm, professional demeanor in person, over the phone, or via email. Administrative Support: Assist the team with scheduling, document preparation, and general office organization. Coordination Mastery: Manage incoming calls, distribute mail, and ensure our office operates efficiently and professionally. Client Connection: Be a friendly and approachable resource for clients, ensuring their questions are answered and their needs are met. What We’re Looking For A positive, outgoing personality with excellent communication skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Professional appearance and demeanor. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general office technology. Previous experience in a customer-facing role or office environment preferred. A desire to learn and grow within the insurance industry.
