Help Wanted: Payroll & HR Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Payroll & HR Coordinator to support our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, has strong administrative skills, and is committed to accuracy and confidentiality.

Responsibilities:

• Process weekly payroll accurately and on schedule
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding employees
• Administer employee benefits and answer HR-related questions
• Track employee time, attendance, and leave balances
• Ensure compliance with payroll, employment, and company policies
• Prepare payroll and HR reports as needed
• Support recruiting, new hire orientation, and other HR initiatives
• Maintain confidentiality of employee information

Qualifications:

• Previous payroll and/or human resources required
• Knowledge of payroll software (ADP, Paycom) and Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
• Associate's or bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field is preferred, but equivalent experience will be considered
