Temporary Receptionist Job Title: Receptionist Pay: $25 per hour Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00 am to 3:00 pm, with a lunch break from 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm. What You'll Do: As a Receptionist, you will be responsible for: Greet and welcome guests promptly and courteously as they arrive. Direct visitors to the appropriate personnel and office. Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls efficiently. Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email, ensuring excellent customer service. Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk. Assist with general administrative tasks as required to support company operations. What You'll Bring: The ideal candidate for this role will have: A high school diploma or equivalent. At least 6 months of experience as a receptionist, front office representative, or in a similar role. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. A resourceful and proactive approach to problem-solving.
