Administrative Assistant

Provides day-to-day office and administrative support, including maintaining company records, assisting customers, handling paperwork and deliveries, tracking vehicle and equipment documentation, and helping keep the office organized and running smoothly. Requirements D&L Construction is looking for a dependable, organized self-starter to join our team. This position is a great fit for someone who takes initiative, notices what needs to be done, and can confidently manage their responsibilities. Responsibilities Collect, organize, and file company paperwork Maintain accurate and up-to-date company records Greet walk-in customers and provide friendly, professional service Weigh trucks and assist customers with product sales Track vehicle and equipment registrations and insurance renewals Receive and document incoming deliveries Clean and maintain the office weekly Assist with general office and administrative tasks Perform other duties as needed Qualifications Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Friendly and professional with customers Proficient with computers and standard office programs Previous office or customer service experience required Pay: Starting at $18 per hour, based on experience About the Company D&L is a local and family owned construction company.
